Submission Checklist & Requirements

 

Please ensure that your submission complies with the following requirements before proceeding.

  1. Abstract Submission

    Before submitting your abstract:

    • Written in clear academic English (150–250 words)
    • Includes: background, objectives, methods, key results, and significance
    • Contains 3–5 keywords
    • Title is concise and informative
    • Author names and affiliations are complete and correct
    • Topic fits the conference scope
  2. Full Paper Submission

    For authors with accepted abstracts:

    • Manuscript length: 8–10 pages
    • Uses official Springer template (Word only)
    • Includes all sections
    • Figures and tables are clear (≥300 dpi) and cited in the text
    • Equations are editable (not images)
    • References follow Springer numbered style [1], [2], …
  3. Quality and Ethics
    • The paper is original and unpublished
    • English language has been properly checked (grammar and clarity)
  4. Review and Revisions
    • All reviewer comments have been addressed
    • Revised manuscript has been carefully checked before resubmission
  5. Presentation Requirements
    • At least one author is registered and will present the paper
    • Presentation materials are prepared
  6. Final Submission
    • Final version follows Springer formatting
    • Source file (Word) and PDF are ready
    • Copyright form has been completed
    • Author information is accurate and final
