Author Guidelines

1. General Information

The 16th ISNPINSA 2026 invites the submission of original, unpublished research papers in areas including:

  • Mathematics: Algebra, Analysis, Combinatorics, Computational Mathematics, and Applied Mathematics.
  • Physics: Materials, Instrumentation, Radiation Physics, Medical Physics, Geophysics, Theoretical and Computational Physics.
  • Statistics: Applied Statistics, Generalized Linear Model, Time Series, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computational Statistics, and Financial Statistics.

All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers will be published in a Springer Nature Proceedings*.

2. Submission Workflow

The submission process consists of four stages:

Stage 1: Abstract Submission
  • Authors must first submit an abstract (150–250 words).
  • The abstract should clearly describe: Background, Objectives, Methods, Key results, and Significance of the work.
  • Evaluated based on relevance and scientific merit.
Stage 2: Full Paper Submission
  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper (8–12 pages).
  • Must follow official Springer formatting guidelines.
Stage 3: Review and Revision
  • Submitted full papers will undergo peer review.
  • Based on reviewer comments, authors may be required to revise and resubmit their manuscript.
Stage 4: Final Acceptance
  • A paper will be accepted for publication only after satisfactory revision.
  • Requires final approval by reviewers and editors.

3. Manuscript Preparation

The full paper must follow Springer formatting guidelines.

4. Figures and Tables
  • High resolution (≥300 dpi)
  • Must be cited clearly in the text
5. References
  • Use Springer numbered citation style
  • Cite in order of appearance: [1], [2], etc.
  • Ensure all references are complete and consistent
6. Review Process

Full papers are evaluated based on:

  • Originality
  • Scientific contribution
  • Methodological soundness
  • Clarity
7. Presentation Requirement

At least one author must present the paper at the conference. Non-presented papers will not be published.

8. Publication Policy

Accepted papers will be submitted to Springer Nature Proceedings (indexed in Scopus, subject to approval).
